Ufodike C.E. Aroma II

BSC. Geography, Chairman TerenceGray Limited.
Aroma is a graduate of Geography from the University of Nigeria Nsukka with a Master’s Degree in Geographic Information Services (MGIS) from the University of Lagos. His career started with Eco control Consultants in 1998. He rose to the level of Field Supervisor, and was the managing supervisor for the Environmental Impact assessment done on the Obite Gas Project for the Elf/NNPC joint venture. He then left for Diamond bank Plc where he worked for six years. At Diamond Bank, he rose to an Assistant Manager level, he was the officer in charge of several key transactions for the bank which included: the Mouka Limited equity buy back and capital conversion, the Chisco Transport NBL haulage scheme, the introduction of both the Guinness Nigeria and Reckitt Benckiser distributor scheme and he played an important role in the bank’s treasury automation system and championed the implementation of a state-of-the art asset and liability management system.
He is an energetic and enthusiastic individual with strong analytical, communication and people skill. He has over the years developed an in-depth knowledge of Econometric modeling that has improved his ability to initiate, drive and deliver world-class solutions that will add veritable value to any organization’s corporate goals and objective.
Aroma is a consummate financial service professional and is currently engaged in financial services consulting and, at the same time, chairs Mobcom Technologies.

He holds several professional qualifications and is a member of several professional bodies which include: The African Research Institute (London), The Health Safety and Environment Association of Nigeria, The Beta Sigma Nigeria and the GIS Institute (London).

Ogochukwu Nnamdi Ekwueme

BEng.Electrical Engineering, MSC.
Engineer Ogochukwu N.Ekwueme is a graduate in Electrical Engineering from the University of London (King’s College, London) with a Masters degree in communication systems. He proved to be an erudite scholar while in the United Kingdom which guaranteed him a quick career path and subsequently good business relationships back home. He brought his international business experience to play in all projects that he has embarked on ranging from construction, financial and strategic consultations.

Mr. Ogochukwu Ekwueme returned to Nigeria in 1999, from the United Kingdom upon completion of his Masters degree. He started out his career at the Nigeria Communications Commission (NCC). In his view at the time, the Nigerian ICT sector was poised to pioneer and drive innovations in the post-GSM years. This view has proven to be a testament of Mr. Ekwueme’s high business acumen and his apt understanding of technological trends and bookmarks. He then moved on to join the long established real estate industry as the Executive director of Robertson-Alustar Roofing company where he revived the company and turned its financials from N11,000,000:00 to N300,000,000:00 profits within 18months. He was able to achieve this milestone through key technical partnerships with roofing sheet manufacturing plants in china.

Following the current construction of Robertson plants in key locations in Nigeria, his immediate goal is to move his brand overseas (starting with Ghana), whilst pursuing his passion for ICT.
Mr. Ekwueme has transformed the face of many balance sheets of companies from un-productivity to profitability. His profound business acumen, knack for profitable endeavors, wealth of experience on international business relations are some invaluable assets that would be brought to bear on success of TerenceGray Limited.

Okwudili Charles Chikwelugo

BEng. Electronics Engineering.
Engineer Okwudili Charles Chikwelugo is a graduate of Electronics Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. His career path took him from software development in an IT company to the banking industry where he recorded several achievements before moving on to private venture.
Today, Charles co-runs Mobcom technologies whose core business is in IT resource outsourcing, data management and bulk SMS services. Under Charles’ leadership, Mobcom technologies have secured management of several key accounts in the Nigeria service industry and have continued to assert her leadership in this sector.

Charles is a seasoned project manager and has championed the completion of several world class projects. There is no doubt the experience he would bring to the board and management of TerenceGray Limited.
